The Scientific 7-Minute Workout

I feel so late to the party with this. I know this workout has been around for a while. But it’s new to me.

I needed something fitness/physical/easy (meaning no special equipment needed) for me to do every day. Especially the days when this little workout gets to be the only thing fitness/ physiday I get to do that whole day.
