I’m a lover of anything pesto. However I don’t eat pasta anymore. There are far healthier ways to eat your carbs. Enter these pesto brussel sprout & potatoes. Oh man, these are good in a way that’s almost decadent. My whole family loved these, which is saying something because my kids don’t typically like brussel sprouts.
