Most of us start our yoga practice by following along with DVDs. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s a great way to start. Eventually you’ll grow beyond that, however. You’ll want the flexibility of putting together flows based on how your body or your mind feel in the moment. Enter the home yoga practice. It can feel overwhelming to take the leap, but the rewards are a beautiful thing.
