Our family does A LOT of outdoor adventuring – hiking, fishing, camping – and more! We will hike up a mountain or a trail to a waterfall on a regular basis. We ALWAYS bring snacky picnic food to enjoy at the the top of the trails, as a reward for our efforts and to restore our vital nutrients from the hard effort.
These peanut butter bites are perfect. We freeze our so they hold up better to being smooshed in a ziploc and hiked into the mountains.
